A few great resources for researching a given area are as follows. Those areas in large cities with low crime rates are definitely much more expensive than others. Living in a safe neighborhood is costly and a chore to find. Don’t go on word of mouth or what someone tells you, because people tend to give information based upon their own experiences or what they see in “their own little world”. I had a guy tell me recently he lived in a very safe neighborhood, until I brought up a map of his block and showed him the last thirty days’ crimes where he lives. There were over 40 crimes on that street and those surrounding it for a few more streets
