Amidst the numerous excuses I had concocted in my mind to prevent myself from calling Jack, I longed for a message from him, a sign that he was as eager as I was to see where this could lead.

I sank into the plush couch, my thoughts consumed by him. The memory of his touch, the way his fingers had brushed against mine and the ways our lips melted into each other sent a thrill coursing through my body. I closed my eyes, replaying every moment of our encounter in my mind. I ached for a relief from the sexual tension that had built up in me.
