In this new place of residing in peace, God was still pruning and shaping me into now what I know to be a vessel of honor for His Glory. Early one morning while spending time in meditation I was shown in the spirit a vision of a pitch fork with two prongs pointing down towards the ground. On one prong there was the word Bitter and on the other prong there was the word Better, the Spirit of the Lord revealed unto me of how Bitter and Better represented seeds sown and watered in the ground of life soon to be reaped. With that in mind, I admonish my readers regardless of life storms you’ve endured one must consider the choice of seeds sown by remembering whatever seed you sow in the ground of life, shall indeed be your return. As I spent time pondering over what was shown and spoken to me in the spirit, I begin to reflect and examine my life. Looking back over my life and all the things the Lord had done for me, I couldn’t hold back the tears from falling as I thought of how He kept me through suffering, and sorrows, distress, and despairs, tears, and troubles, disappointments, and drawbacks, and now I have a choice rather to choose bitter or better. There is no uncertainty within me, for I know I never would have made it without the Lord on my own side therefore with hands down I selected to sow seeds of Better and as a result Better consistently is my return. You see that’s The Great Exchange, willfully yielding over something regardless the thought process of its value and making the exchange for something Greater. Yes, I know it’s easier said than done, yet Paul writes in the book (Philippians 3:8 I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,) so trust me making the Great Exchange will grant you exceedingly more than you can ever think or even imagine, however the choice remains yours.

Life can be filled with swift transitions in which oftentimes we are not prepared to deal with its changes, yet life happens and rearranges our existence. No matter who you are, regardless of the title behind your name, or the position you esteem, if you are not anchored in the word of God sudden life changes can produce anger and birth unforgiveness from the residual of painful unanswered questions that leaves you open to becoming scared and scattered, bitter and battered, discouraged and disheartened. Even being anchored as we think we are, sometimes the heartache of life can leave us harden and unmovable, however in order to receive the manifestation of the Gods Word we must not only announce His word, but we must also apply His word to our daily living which promises to guard our hearts and our minds.
