In the same way, the subconscious mind carries out your directives. This can be horrifying once you discover that so many of the directives are terribly limiting and negative. This sobering knowledge will help you develop a garbage pickup routine.

Keep reminding yourself that you are in charge of what is in your subconscious mind. As you discover negative beliefs, get busy replacing them. No one will do this work for you, although you may discover interested companions who can help and support you during the process. Ultimately it is up to you. It is a lot of responsibility, but who better than you to create the life that you envision?
