Ingredients:

Chicken breast, cut into small pieces

10 oz.

Broccoli

9 oz.

Salt and pepper

1 tsp (each)

Butter

3½ oz.

Mayo

optional

Instructions:

Wash a head of broccoli, and after thoroughly cleaning it, cut it into small pieces. Make sure the stem is included.

In a pan, add 2-3 tbsps. of butter and add the chicken pieces in it. Toss in the broccoli in the same pan and continue frying.

The chicken is to be seasoned with salt and pepper and then cooked for 60-75 seconds, each side. Add the remaining butter and continue frying on low heat.

Scoop out the broccoli and chicken on a plate and drizzle some more melted butter on top.

Serve with mayo (optional) and enjoy!
