“Exactly. You know the old saying, ‘necessity is the mother of invention.’ You’re doing things differently. Maybe you’ll learn that you should have been doing more video chats than phone calls all along. Perhaps that practice will let people work from home more because it cuts their commute and increases their billable time, and maybe they’re happier too!”

“I see. Instead of thinking of everything we’re changing as something we’re doing because we’re forced to, maybe we look more deeply and see that the changes are things that will make our business better for the long-term as well.”
