YOU WILL NEED
Glass jar, spoon.
Ice cubes
Simple syrup, to taste (see page 30)
1 cup brewed tea
½ cup (100mL) classic milk foam (see page 41)
1. Put the ice cubes into a glass jar.
2. Add the simple syrup.
3. Add the brewed tea and give it a quick stir.
4. Slowly add the milk foam over the ice to create the separate layer.
VARIATION Experiment with different tea bases and different milk foam flavors.
QUICK TIP Here are two ways to drink it: Sip from the side of the cup to get the contrasting taste, or mix it together for a creamy milk tea with a salty kickback!
