Add the chicken cubes and vegetables to a large stock pot to make the soup base.

Pour in chicken broth to cover everything, stir in the parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer on low until the veggies are tender.

The noodles might be extra work, but they will taste better than any processed package of noodles that you can buy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg, salt, milk and flour, stir everything together well.

Roll out the dough on a flour-covered work area and cut the dough in 1 ½” squares to make noodles.

Add the squared noodles to the soup mix and cook for about 10 minutes or until the noodles are cooked.
