Not only is Grit N Glory my tattoo studio, but it is also a rock ’n’ roll–styled, free-spirited, and all-women-owned-and-operated clothing brand. The other artists and I design all of our shirts and print the majority of them in house. What I like best about our brand is its authenticity. It caters to music lovers, pop culture buffs, tattoo enthusiasts, and those fascinated with the occult. What makes our brand authentic is that we are those people. We aren’t a company of suits sitting around in a room trying to figure out what our demographic is into, because we are our demographic. We create the things we want to wear and we believe in our product.
