If there is, great! You are on the right track. If not, I give you permission to take a nap today or get eight hours of sleep every night this week.

Tip of the Day

I suggest you weigh in the same time every week and no more than once a week. It should be the first thing you do in the morning after you use the bathroom. I also suggest measuring your body periodically with a tape measure. Using the scale as your only guide can be misleading; losing inches tells part of the story too.
