TRIPLE THREAT

You’ll perform three exercises in a row for 1 minute each. Rest 1 minute at the end of the triset, then repeat the triset. Continue this process with the second triset listed.

Triset 1:

1.Band Thruster

2.Dumbbell ½ Hoebel Curl

3.Jump Switch Punches

Triset 2:

1.1-Leg Deadlift with Knee Lift with Band (30 seconds per side)

2.Cross-Over Plank

3.Alternating 1-Leg Booty Bridge-V

BAND THRUSTER: Stand with legs hip distance apart, holding dumbbells or band in a neutral grip (palms facing each other) at shoulder level. This movement is a squat combined with an overhead press.
