Rick: How’s she doing?

Derek: Better. She’s been sleeping and quit the second job. Made a quiche while I went into the office for a meeting and that seemed to make her happy.

Rick: Quiche sounds good. You still working mostly from home?

Derek: Yeah I know I don’t need to.

Rick: You were worried about her though.

Derek: She’s being very kind about the hovering haha. Oh Joy says hi btw. She video called during dinner yesterday. She ended up chatting with Isabel a bit actually.

Rick: They got along?

Derek: Yeah. It was nice to see Isabel laugh.

Rick: Well let me know if we can do anything. She’s a nice girl.

Derek: She’s 26 not a kid. :)

Rick: I’m 52 which makes you a fine upstanding young man. ;)
