36. Turn and make a kick with the heel

Movement 1. Bend the left leg at the knee. Start turning to the right. Move the left foot to the right in the course of the turn and put it on the ground in front of the right foot. Turn the whole body at 2700 to the right and take the T-shaped Dingbu stance. Both hands are squeezed into fists and moving in an arcuate path, cross in front of the chest, the right arm is outside, the left - inside. Unclench the crossed fists in the palm. Gaze is directed straight ahead, focus is on the right arm and right leg (Fig.95).

Movement 2. Straighten the left leg and stand straight. Lift the bent at the knee right leg, and then, straightening the knee, make a kick with the right foot forward and to the right. At the same time, spread the hands to the sides: the right arm is directed to the stroke side, the left - in the opposite direction. Gaze is directed forward and to the left a little, focus is on the right foot and right palm (Fig.96).
