Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

Mix egg, vanilla, sugar, and butter in a bowl. Now, stir in the nuts, chocolate chips, and Bisquick mix.

Drop the mixture by tablespoons on the cookie sheet (ungreased) 2 inches apart and flatten slightly.

Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes and until golden brown.

Remove from the sheet and cool on the racks. Serve.
