Step 4 Close off these new blocks with their own vertical ends.

Step 5 Erase the perspective lines and you’ve got three buildings. Notice that the blocks on the right and left seem to be floating.

Step 6 Eliminate this optical illusion by erasing the lines that would be hidden when viewed from the front. Now their placement in the foreground should be much clearer.

If something seems wrong, double-check to make sure all of your perspective lines go to the correct vanishing point(s). The left-facing walls (pink) should go to VP1; the right-facing walls (green) should go to VP2.
