Celebrity chef Guy Fieri makes barbeque ribs for school lunch. He says the ribs are slow-cooked and braised to bring on a smoky flavor.

Ingredients:

For ribs

4 lb baby ribs

2 teaspoons paprika

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cumin

2 tablespoons oil

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

For sauce

2 cups barbeque sauce

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

2 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoon Wooster sauce
