Amaris knew she wouldn’t be able to sleep being in a new place, so she decided to change into her bathing suit and check out Logan’s pool. It wasn’t everyday she stayed in a penthouse and had access to an inside pool. Her eyes darted to Logan’s bedroom door, the light was still on. She thought to invite her swimming, but decided to let her rest. She didn’t need Mrs. Maddox coming after her because Logan wasn’t getting enough rest.

She tiptoed down the hallway in order not to disturb Logan. The scenic view from the pool was amazing. Amaris was in total awe as she sat down and took a look at the view. The strip was so bright she felt like she was actually on Las Vegas boulevard. She thought how lucky Logan was to be surrounded by such beauty every day. She wondered if Logan took the time to appreciate it.

She dived into the pool and started making her way to the other end. She took a deep breath, gasping for air as she finally made it to the surface. She hadn’t swam since she was a kid and her lungs felt it as they burned and screamed for oxygen. She rested her arms against the wall, inhaling and exhaling slowly.

She thought about Logan for a moment and was disappointed that she’d cut the night short. She was used to being up late, working on edits for her pictures, she didn’t expect for Logan to go to sleep on her on their first night together. She had actually hoped that they would be rolling around in the covers right now, but Logan shut that down.

Amaris thought to go out and explore Vegas since she didn’t get to do so the last time she was there, but she didn’t want Logan to worry if she woke up and looked for her. Then she wondered what Lani was doing right now. Lani would literally fight sleep to stay up with her on her late nights. She’d always tell Amaris she liked going to sleep with her so she would wait. She couldn’t lie, she missed Lani. She didn’t regret her decision, but she hated how quickly everything played out. She’d broken up with Lani and Lani was gone on her mysterious trip. She’d asked Logan where Lani was, but Logan told her to give her space for the moment. She didn’t like the response, but she let it go. She was hoping that once Lani came back to Vegas, they would be able to talk.

Logan watched Amaris from a distance, she seemed so deep in thought she didn’t know if she should interrupt her. When she heard the splash of water she decided to investigate. She didn’t expect to find Amaris in a bathing suit looking every ounce of sexy. Logan wanted to tell her to step out of the pool so that she could get a better look at her, but she held back, but her tingling pussy agreed with her thoughts.
