Habits
Your planner is your best friend when you are trying to start a new habit. That’s good news, because you’re trying to start some new habits right now! For the first 21 days (three weeks) of any new habit you start, you will write that habit down on your daily to-do list in your planner. For example, if you want to start a new morning routine, then write “Morning Routine” on every day for the next three weeks in your planner, and then check it off each day. Let’s face it: The hardest part about new habits is just remembering consistently.
For the balance of the month when starting your new habit, you will test yourself by not writing down your new habit, but continuing to remember.
