Favors, I need to call in my favors. I’ve done a lot wrong over the years that I need to make up for. So I’m calling in my final favor. Maybe if I can show a grand gesture I can get Jenson back. The only thing he cares about is Regan and right now she’s at Reign’s mercy.

I know it’s my fault Kade is dead but if it means saving Regan I know Brax will accept my help. So I make the call, sacrificing my final favor. I previously called in one for the ceremony and another when Regan was being questioned by the FBI. This is it, I was promised three favors and I’m using my last one to wage war.

As my eyes scanned the crowded street, I felt a knot form in my stomach. There he was, just as I suspected. The notorious West Side Rapist is still at large and seemingly unstoppable. My heart raced as I recalled all the articles and reports I had read about him, delving deep into the details of the case with every spare moment I had.

Like an obsessed detective, I had even profiled him using my own knowledge and experience with men like me, studying their motives and patterns. It was almost like what Ted Bundy did - understanding the mind of a killer because you are one yourself. The realization sent a chill down my spine and I couldn’t help but wonder if our similarities would ultimately lead to my downfall or his.

As I observe him, I can already see the dark gleam in his eyes and the way his body tenses with anticipation. He is a predator, ready to pounce on his unsuspecting victims. The thought of hunting them, violating them, it fuels him. But soon, it won’t be enough. His twisted mind will crave more; the ultimate act of taking a life. It’s inevitable for someone with a personality like his.

He needs to feel in control, to dominate and destroy. These impulses make him both a rapist and a serial killer - two sides of the same twisted coin. And yet, he walks among us, hidden behind a facade of normalcy. A wolf in sheep’s clothing, blending seamlessly into society. But I can sense it, and I’m willing to bet his coworkers do too.

There’s something off about him, something that makes others uncomfortable around him. Perhaps they can’t quite put their finger on it, but their instincts are screaming at them to stay away from this man who exudes danger and darkness. And as an FBI Agent, he knows how to keep up appearances and manipulate those around him. But one thing is certain - he is hiding in plain sight, waiting for his next opportunity to strike.

I followed him through the bustling streets of Denver, weaving my way through the sea of people. He was a master of blending in, seamlessly slipping into any environment and appearing unassuming.
