CHEESE PIZZA FROM HEAVEN

I always make two pizzas at my house because one of these would never be enough: my kids devour it. I love to use the Baking Steel (see here ) to cook my pizzas on. If you don’t have one you should get one. The pizzas and calzones come out perfect. Crispy, chewy, light and airy. A pizza stone will work, though not as well, as a substitute.

PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES

COOK TIME: 8 MINUTES PER PIZZA

YIELD: 2 PIZZAS

Flour, for dusting

1 recipe Beer Pizza Dough or Regular Pizza Dough

Cornmeal, for dusting

1 cup (240 ml) From-Scratch Pizza Sauce

16 oz Fresh Mozzarella Is God

2 tbsp (10 g) freshly grated Parmesan
