Do our competitors or our consumers think about these issues differently from the way we do?

As we argued in Chap. 3, another method to promote the critique of already-constructed scenarios is to have members of the scenario team role-play critics. Devil’s advocacy and dialectical inquiry methods promote the critical evaluation of already-developed scenarios. However, a structured approach to the development of a broadened and more extreme set of scenarios is also possible, and it is to an innovation in this process that we turn next.
