Miracles of Evolution

We are all miracles of evolution and success stories in our own right. The genes we acquired from our parents have already had a long a tortuous journey throughout many generations, twisting this way and that to withstand the unpredictable environment and surviving its many threats. For our genes to have come this far is surely worthy of celebration?

Every human being that ever walked the planet is utterly unique. Why? Because no two people share the same combination of Genetic Blueprint and Life Experience. Even identical twins, with the same Genetic Blueprint, have different life experiences that bring out unique elements of their physical or psychological make-up to make them significantly different in some way.

A Unique Purpose

It is therefore only a matter of logic to say that as we are all unique, we all must also have a unique purpose and contribution to make.

There are those amongst us who are very clear about what this unique purpose and contribution should be, but there are many others who have yet to find this out and incidentally, until relatively recently, I would have put myself in this latter category.

In the same way that we all have a unique purpose and contribution, we also have a unique opportunity to experience life to the full and to exploit all our opportunities for joy and fulfilment. We could even say that the future development of our species depends upon all of us exploiting our uniqueness contribution and pushing the boundaries of what we are all capable of achieving.
