2 They tell you all their problems (and expect you to care)
Humans have a lot of problems. This is nothing new. But has your human ever confided in you and asked for your advice? Do they sit there talking to you endlessly, rambling on and ON about their pathetic love life (or lack thereof), their stupid job, gossiping about their lame friends, or complaining about their weight while crying into a tub of ice cream? Yes?
Then you, my friend, are in the presence of a creeper. Not only does your human not realize that you couldn’t give a flying f*ck about their stupid problems, they actually EXPECT you to CARE! Ha!
You need to shut this behavior down immediately, and the only way to do this is to either fall asleep (if you can manage to block out their whining voice), yawn and walk away, or slap them swiftly around the face with your paw until they shut the hell up.
They won’t get the message the first time, of course. They’re incredibly stupid and self-involved. It may take several tries and months of avoidance, but you’ll get there. Learn to read the signs that a deep and meaningful conversation is imminent, and plan your nap/toilet/get-the-hell-out schedule accordingly.
