(ii) For Phosphor Coating

The measured peak wavelengths of the phosphor spectra as a function of the junction temperature for the two LED samples are given in Figure 5.3(a) and (c), which clearly show a decreasing peak wavelength of the phosphor spectra with junction temperature. The same physical observation has been reported in [8]. The data form two straight lines with negative slopes, which can be expressed by the linear equation (5.7).
