This question is a good one!

First, it directly focuses on one of the four pillars of training effectiveness, that is, whether learners are motivated to apply what they’ve learned.

Second, the answer choices give learners a choice between real alternatives—specifically, between different levels of priority they may have in applying the learning back on the job.

Finally, because of the way the answer choices are worded—and especially because of the capitalization of the key differentiators between the choices—when the results of this question are reported, it will be possible to highlight clear distinctions to stakeholders. Specifically, we will be able to report how many learners will make application of the learning a low priority, a moderate priority, a high priority, and so on.
