Chapter Seven

Gabe chuckled as he watched Debra pour the contents of her bag onto the coffee table. Several small boxes in different sizes held a variety of candy, truffles, and fudge. “Think you bought enough chocolate?”

“Probably not, if I have to share with you.”

Gabe opened his mouth and accepted the truffle from her. He grabbed her wrist when she would have lowered her hand. Holding her hand to his mouth, he slowly licked the tiny bit of chocolate from her fingertips.
