Blackberry Forest Smoothie

Blackberries not only make salads and smoothies more delicious, but they are also full of nutrients. They have one of the highest fiber contents of any plant in the world, which means that they help with digestion and keep toxins from sitting idle in your digestive system. Blackberries are also low in calories, which makes them a delicious and healthy alternative to many sugary snacks you find in the grocery store. In addition, blackberries contain anthocyanins, an antioxidant that can help reduce inflammation, and vitamin C, which helps support a healthy immune system and protects you from sickness and disease. This natural berry adds great taste when blended into a smoothie, so whirl all of the goodness together and enjoy a healthy and delicious treat!
