• List the problem areas you identified in the test, in order of importance to you. Begin working on solutions to those problems right away. Check the contents page of this book and skip ahead, if you need to, or go back and reread chapters that apply most to your current concerns.

• Spend a few moments now in thought about this fact: you may need to make major changes in your circumstances and behavior. If you keep doing the same thing in the same way, you will keep getting the same unpleasant result.
