The two horizontal lines within the stochastic window indicate the overbought and oversold zones, with the overbought one being on top. The circles indicate entry points, and the arrows on the price chart correspond roughly to the bars you ought would be entering on, depending on whether you wait for the price to leave the extreme zones or not.

As you can see, not all the signals are profitable but overall, they average out. Given that the price movement is tilted upwards but not very much so, this is an excellent performance. So how would you look at trading options with this?

Well, in such environments, you need to either adopt a long view or a very short view. The short view would involve you simply looking to capture the changes in premiums as opposed to letting your options expire with whatever premium levels they have. The long view would be you holding on for a month or so looking to capture the full value of the trade.
