Taking Snapshots:-

This section covers the process of taking snapshots, selecting text from the snapshots and copy text from picture with the help of MS OneNote 2007.

How to take the Snapshots:

We can take the screenshots by pressing “Windows Key + S” and then we can select the area from where you want to take the screenshot. It is very easy to use and saves a little time as compare to when we use “print screen + paint” for capturing the screenshots.

For using this short cut i.e. “Windows Key + S”. Microsoft Office OneNote 2007 should be in Startup, as shown below.
