The Colossal Escape

I was once a beautiful species until we became endangered. I am the only Aloric species left; I and my brother had to suffer under the humans. We hid for years until we were discovered. Then we ran for months on end until my brother became extremely ill and needed medical help. I surrendered to the human’s military in order to save my brother but they didn’t give me any type of help what so ever. However, I know deep down inside human that you won’t make the same mistake. They wanted information and I wouldn’t give it to them for our species is strong headed and would never give something up for our own needs so it was my duty not to tell them, you understand don’t you?

“Once more, tell me about your species.” No answer, “tell me where your technology is.” No answer.

“Fine then we’ll put your brother out of his misery after we find a way to eliminate his abnormal super abilities then we’ll find a way to clip your wings, how does that sound.” The CSA lady screamed at me, she turned towards the door and I looked up in fear to find myself yelling out, “No!” she turned back from the door and looked at me convinced I would tell her.

“Oh are we changing our mind?” she waited proudly thinking she had got me to talk, but all I could do was look down at the floor because I could not.

“Fine, well my mind is made up.” She turned for the door once more. I panicked and started screaming out, “No! Please don’t!” I began to cry in fear that my brother’s life was in danger, “Stop! Please no!” I looked through the clear glass on my left side at my brother lying on a medical bed; she opened the door to his cell and walked in. I became angry and afraid. I stood up and ran over to the wall. She stopped and looked as the guards scrambled to grab me. They started pulling me away from the wall and I screamed out, “You won’t get any of my information if you kill him I won’t tell you nothing! So what will it accomplish?!” I kept screaming the same thing over and over until she answered.

“You see Helena your from royalty right? Well, if your brother won’t answer he’s useless and we’ll kill him. Unless you want to reconsider. Then we’ll talk but for now my priority is your brother.” She pulled a gun from her pocket and pointed it at his head.

“No please stop, please don’t do it!” I screamed

“Then tell me everything Helena!” she screamed back.

“No! I can’t I don’t know why but I can’t!”

“Then I’ll teach you that you can!” everything flashed like a big blinding light. Right when she was going to pull the trigger I screamed really loud and an explosion filled my ears as I closed my eyes. I kept them closed sniveling to myself afraid to look.
