APOLLON SPA

Apollon Spa is the municipal spa favored by the older crowd, and it has the most radioactive water. Bathtubs are located in individual stalls meant for just one person, and there’s a timer for the duration of the bath (usually 25-30 minutes; it’s not healthy to stay longer in one sitting).

SPILIO BATHS

Spilio is the “coolest” of Ikaria’s thermal baths. It’s built inside a cave and has a hammam and jacuzzi, but it’s quite small and can get crowded. Spilo is preferred by young people but has the least healing water.
