In the southwest of the island, this sheep and cattle farm is where rural life and creativity using age-old techniques combine to produce beautiful and unique tweed and woolen products. The fleece from the Hebridean sheep on the farm and other farms on Mull is woven into beautiful items, from homewares to clothing and accessories, which can be bought in the on-site mill shop. Visitors can also take a tour of the weaving mill or try one of the homemade pasties that include some of the farm’s own venison, lamb, and beef (meat can also be bought). From time to time, there are even short taster sessions if you’d like to have a go at hand-looming.
