16. Salmon Poke Bowl

Poke bowls are all the rage among celebrities like Rihanna, Neil Perry, and many more. Poke bowls are very healthy because they contain high protein foods along with veggies and fruits. And the best part of it all is that poke bowls are extremely easy to make! We have a simple recipe here for a Salmon and Avocado Poke Bowl that you make any time at home.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: No cooking required Serving: 2 servings

Ingredients:

1 sliced avocado

2 cloves of garlic

Sushi grade salmon

1 teaspoon of sesame oil

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt and Pepper

Sesame seeds

1 cup of cooked rice

Scallions

Cilantro

Soy sauce

Recipe:

Mix the garlic, scallions, cilantro, and the avocado slices in a bowl Put the olive oil and the sesame oil on the veggies Put salt and pepper for taste

Put this aside and mix the salmon with the soy sauce and the sesame seeds

Put the cooked rice in a small bowl then put the veggie mix and the salmon on top of the rice

Do the same for the other bowl and you can serve it
