It’s worth navigating through the gargantuan Hilton resort complex to this Polynesian-themed open-air bar just to see some of the best traditional and contemporary Hawaiian groups performing on Oʻahu today. Friday and Saturday nights see longtime favorite Olomana, an acoustic trio. There is also live entertainment many nights in the hotel's Tropics cafe.
