Even though you have temporarily lost the gift of seeing auras, your aura is, nevertheless, of vital importance to your health, happiness, and spiritual evolvement. Invisible though it may be to you at present, it is there, and esoteric wisdom begins with your acknowledgment and understanding of its very real existence. My personal Gurus and Teachers have counseled me that one should repeat the positive aloud at every opportunity, and never the negative, to prepare one's self for eventually reclaiming this great gift. In other words, never say aloud to anyone, "I can't see auras, not even the etheric halo." Instead, repeat aloud as often as possible when you discuss such matters with others (and even alone) ... "I can't see the etheric or the human aura yet — but I know I will be able to soon" Your subconscious will pick up the message eventually, and your Higher Self will answer it.

Until "soon" arrives, you can still do a number of things to acknowledge your awareness of your aura — and to protect, "polish," and purify your auric egg. Everyone has noticed the odd behavior of humans when they're on an elevator, especially a crowded elevator. Without exception, each person feels strangely introverted and uncomfortable, most of them either staring at their feet or gazingjntently at the changing floor numbers above their heads, lighting up with each stop, their features as frozen as if they were watching the countdown for the final nuclear* blast-off — until they reach their floor destinations, then they quickly exit, often with a sigh of relief.

The overlapping and mixing of the auric eggs of the passengers on a crowded elevator is what creates the tension and uneasiness in everyone (except for a few fast-talking Geminis, accustomed to blending with the other half of themselves). When someone else's auric egg overlaps or brushes with your own, you feel it instantly, sometimes sharply, sometimes faintly — but the contact will always be felt.
