In the control room, Roland Smith had been watching as Panzer and Lucy Loveless approached the P.E.T.P protestor. Although the protestor might have used the opportunity to make some points damaging to Slayerz’s image Roland had pushed it to the main broadcast on gut instinct, “Let them see who they’re trying to save here.” He said, assuming the P.E.T.P, whatever their plan, would be monitoring their broadcast for updates.

Panzer hadn’t disappointed, although Roland wished he would have interrogated the protestor a little longer. When Panzer blew the young idealist’s head to pieces with the paint cannon Roland had erupted with laughter, “Oh, man, I hope we’re not going to be liable for that.” He said, between chuckles, “Send them a reward, food supplies, and I want to see more of this guy. Push them toward Mengele and the kid, Angel, their last position. I want to see what happens when that old Nazi bastard meets this young Nazi bastard.”

On the holographic layout, a food and care package was sent sailing to a point between Panzer and Loveless, and Mengele and Angel. Up on the main screen there were repeats of Panzer’s makeshift decapitation of the protestor from several different angles. The cameras captured the spray of the P.E.T.P billboard as it exited the man’s head and coated the house behind him, as well as Panzer and Loveless, in vivid high definition and colour.
