Chicken Drumsticks with Greens

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon paprika

2 teaspoon baking powder

10 chicken drumsticks

¼ cup ghee or butter, melted

Cooked and chopped greens (broccoli, spinach, green beans, etc.) to serve

Directions:

•Preheat oven to 400⁰F-200⁰C. Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper.

•Brush the drumsticks using ghee or butter.

•In a bowl, combine the salt, paprika and baking powder.

•Coat the drumsticks with the spice mix.

•Arrange the drumsticks over the baking sheet.
