2. Combine almond flour, sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor. Pulse to combine.

3. Sprinkle with butter pieces and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. You can cut in butter with a pastry cutter.

4. Press into bottom of prepared baking pan. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, until the edges start to brown. Remove and allow it to cool while preparing topping.

5. Filling: In a small saucepan, bring cream to just a simmer. Add chopped chocolate and let sit 5 minutes to melt.
