48. Crispy Almond Crackers

Servings:40 crackers

ngredients:

1 cup Almond Flour

1/4 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 tsp Salt

1/8 tsp Black Pepper

3 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

1 Egg, beaten

Salt and Black Pepper, to top the crackers

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350F / 175C. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

Mix all the dry ingredients to a large bowl. Add the egg and mix well to incorporate and form a dough. Divide the dough into two balls.

Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper. Cut into crackers and transfer them to the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, repeat the same procedure with the remaining dough.

Once done, leave the crackers to cool and serve.
