Balsamic Pork

(Servings: 4|Cooking Time: 6 minutes)

Ingredients:

2 ½ lbs. pork tenderloin

1 tbsp. mustard

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

2 garlic cloves, minced

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

¼ cup honey

1 cup chicken stock

2 tbsp. olive oil

¼ cup water

3/4 tbsp. cornstarch

1 tsp. ground sage

1 tsp. ground black pepper

1 tsp. kosher salt

Directions for Cooking:

Add oil into instant pot and set on Sauté mode.

Add pork tenderloin into the pot and sauté until brown.

Add remaining ingredients except for water and cornstarch into the pot and stir well.

Seal pot with lid and cook on manual high pressure for 6 minutes.

Quick release pressure then open the lid.

Remove pork tenderloin from the pot and set aside.

Set instant pot on Sauté mode.

In a small bowl, whisk together water and cornstarch. Pour into the pot and cook until thickened.

Pour sauce over pork and serve.
