4 filet mignons, about 2-inch thick

Method:

Hook the Instant Accu Slim Sous Vide to a deep pot or any deep vessel and then fill it water so that the food would fully immerse in it.

Then set the device to 132 degrees F or according to the temperature in the user manual and let the water heat up, cover the vessel with a plastic wrap to minimize the evaporation of water.

In the meantime, divide steaks into two plastic bags, two steaks per plastic bag, remove all the air from the plastic bag, and then seal it.

Lower the bag into the hot water and then let it cook for 3 to 4 hours until done.

Add more hot water if needed, and when done, remove the plastic bag and carefully open it.
