I only had

the courage after 4 days

to leave my hiding place

but the fear was still there

the light a lot through

one of the broken windows

and it took me a moment to get to it

could see something

I moved very slowly,

my right black patent leather shoe

the daddy for my training

had bought was gone

my pantyhose dirty

and my dress hung down on me

I do not like something heavy like that

needed more longer

it was my sunday dress

I always wore it when we went to church

mother always stressed

that I should treat it with the necessary care,

because dad had saved a long time to buy it,

and now I was ashamed because it was so dirty
