Delectable Fish Dishes

Fish and chips, seared tuna, sushi, blackened catfish, broiled snakehead fish, grilled salmon, congee with fish, steamed fish with garlic and ginger

Standard Recipe: Grilled salmon (Preparation time, 35–40 minutes; Cooking Time, 10 minutes)

Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets

1 tbsp garlic powder

Salt

Pepper

1 lemon

1 tbsp avocado oil

Directions:

Place the salmon fillets on a plate and marinate by sprinkling salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Let the salmon marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat the avocado oil in a large pan.

Carefully place the salmon fillet into the pan.

Cook the salmon for 10 minutes while flipping midway.

Place the salmon on a plate and squeeze the lemon on top.

Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
