I'm not advocating that you stop having sex altogether. Sex is a need, keep having sex. What you could try is to only have sex at strategic times. Oxytocin and testosterone increase after sex. Oxytocin fuels energy, while testosterone fuels the drive to achieve. By abstaining from orgasm for certain amounts of time you will notice that your energy levels grow. Meditate on it whenever you feel sexual, don't even call it sex energy in your mind. Don't repress it, exercise mind-control. Slowly the energy will start building up. How long you should go without sex varies from person to person and is age-dependent. Experiment and find your sweet spot.
