Chapter 5- Week 2 Getting inspired by who you truly are

The dictionary defines inspiration as an extraordinary quality, as if arising from some external creative impulse. Greek mythology had externalized these creative impulses and started calling them muses. For over 2,500 years and throughout western civilization, it is largely acknowledged by artists of every sort that their inspirations, creativity and talent come from these muses.
In this day of scientific research and empirical observations we have decided that we prefer a more direct approach. It’s nice to listen to or watch ancient mythology in a movie like Troy, Alexander the Great or 300 but we no longer have the time to insinuate metaphors through historical lessons. We need to know that something that we believe in responds to us or at least have the system for us to reach this transcendent medium of communication.
Dictatorship is dying; capitalists who consume more than they should are running from their shadows and our society is getting tired of believing in a false dream. We prefer that our dreams and philosophy be created of our own accord. So this week I want you to ponder on the reasons why you have chosen your current beliefs about your life, your dreams and your reality.
If you are given the absolute power to consciously choose what you want to believe and perceive about your life starting from this week, what ideas or notion would you replace it with? How would you emotionally respond to the outside world with your new set of lens? The vehicle is now yours to
