Once you have completed skills gap evaluation, you would know the skills, you need to acquire or upgrade. Now it’s time to determine the approach, you would like to take to acquire these. You have the following options available

**Formal Training

**Hybrid learning

In the next chapter, I will discuss the approach to acquire each of the mentioned skills. I am also going to list down the resources to get started as a business analyst.

Once you complete those tutorials, you can decide whether you can continue with self-learning or you would like to go for a formal training.
