NOTES

*Chili powder: As always, I’m referring to American-style chili powder here. (Supposing you live outside of the USA, be careful because international chili powders are much spicier.)

*S&P: I ended up employing a little over one tsp fine sea salt and half tsp freshly-cracked black pepper, as a reference. however as always, place your desired amount of salt and pepper to taste.

*Crispy tortillas: Supposing you would like your tortillas to be a bit more crispy, drizzle (or my preference — mist) the sauté pan with oil every time before you place the tortilla.

*Storage instructions: Supposing you are making a big batch and would like to keep the quesadillas warm before submitting, simply Place them to a sheet pan and keep the quesadillas in a 200°F oven till ready to serve. Leftover quesadillas possibly stored in some air-tight container and chilled for up to 3 days either chilled for up to 3 months.
