Resort Hotel Scavenger Hunt

Walt Disney World’s resort hotels are filled with Mickeys, hidden and otherwise. The majority are what I like to call décor Mickeys, imaginative decorations that vary among the hotels and change periodically over time. Hidden and décor Mickeys can be found along hotel hallways in the carpet, wallpaper, and lampshades. They appear in the guestrooms on covers for drinking glasses, bedspreads, pillows, day beds, furniture, lamps, lampshades, room curtains, shower curtains, wall pictures, wallpaper, carpets, soap, the outer wrapping of toilet paper rolls, and other items. The housekeeping staff sometimes creates Mickey images out of towels on the bed or elsewhere in your room for you to enjoy upon your return! Guest laundry rooms sometimes have Hidden Mickeys on the soap vending machines and in the bubbles on wall paintings, and resort laundry bins and carts show off classic and side-profile Mickeys.

In the restaurants, pancakes, waffles, butter pats, pasta, pizza, pepperoni on the pizza, and the arrangement of dishes and condiments, among other items, are sometimes Mickey-shaped. Sample menu displays in food order areas often have food items arranged to form classic Mickeys. Mugs, paper plates, and other items in the gift shops can sport Mickeys.
