I dutifully show up for my pre-dinner session with Billy. I can’t help wondering how long this schedule is going to on go for. And after three (weirdly scheduled) orgasms followed by three enormous meals full of holiday goodies, nobody should be surprised that I sleep like the dead. I’m happy, relaxed, and satisfied in every way. It feels a little odd if I’m completely honest. I vaguely remember slapping my hand down on my phone to stop it pinging during the night, but I wasn’t completely awake, so I can’t be sure.

Now that I am awake and blissfully stretching my arms and legs as far as they can reach in Billy’s gigantic bed, I smile into the morning light. My phone says it’s almost nine. A perfect vacation wake up time as far as I’m concerned and it means I slept almost twelve hours. Maybe Billy’s plan has some merit after all. Something niggles at my brain with that thought, but I finger comb my hair and realize I’ve no idea where Billy is. The house sounds quiet, which isn’t that odd. For such a big man, he makes surprisingly little noise. Curious, I get up and dress as fast as I can. The room may be warm but there’s no such as thing as hot enough to wander around naked in December. I do remember Billy insisting once again that I was to sleep in his arms sans clothes last night. But I conked out almost immediately after he tucked my head under his chin.

The kitchen is empty but there is an electronic message pad on the counter displaying Down in the studio. Come find me after you’ve eaten. Food in fridge. Eat all of it! Jeez, the man is bossy even in his messages. He showed me the path to his studio yesterday but I still haven’t seen inside it and I’m dying to. So I pour myself coffee and reheat the omelet he left for me in the microwave. It’s delicious, leftover ham from Christmas dinner, some kind of fancy cheese, and miscellaneous other tidbits.

I rinse my plate, setting it in the sink and refill my mug, deciding to take it with me as I go on my search. Halfway down the path, awareness hits me. I stop abruptly and hot coffee splashes over the rim, barely missing my exposed skin. The phone going off in the middle of the night, Billy not being around. I’m late for my appointment. Really, really late. I debate turning around and going back to the house. But then I decide, what the heck, I’ve no need to apologize for who I am. And I am definitely a sleep until nine when on vacation kind of girl. Plus, I’m curious to see if Billy will really follow through on his threats. And if I want him to. So I restart my legs towards his working office and gasp when it comes into view.

If the house was magnificent, this small annex is stupendous.
